This application sets forth the following privacy policy regarding the handling of Users' personal information in "PKDataNavi."
- This Privacy Policy respects the privacy of Users and ensures careful handling of Users' personal information and access information.
- Regarding Analytics Services: To understand app usage and improve stability, we use Google Analytics and Firebase (including Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics, provided by Google Inc.). These services may automatically collect device identifiers, OS version, app usage data, and device state and error information when the app crashes. We do not link this information to your name, address, telephone number, or similar personal details. The information collected, purposes of use, and sharing with third parties are governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
- Regarding In-App Advertisements: This app uses AdMob (Google Inc.) to deliver advertisements. The following information may be collected automatically for ad delivery and measurement:
- Advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS, Android Advertising ID on Android)
- Device information (OS version, device model, language settings)
- Approximate location (country or region inferred from IP address)
- App usage and ad interaction history
On iOS, the app displays an App Tracking Transparency dialog requesting permission to track. If permission is granted, personalized ads using the advertising identifier will be delivered. If permission is not granted, non-personalized ads will be delivered without using the advertising identifier. App functionality is not restricted based on this choice.

Details of the information collected, purposes of use, and sharing with third parties are governed by Google's policies:
- About Free Text Fields in the App: Users are requested not to enter personally identifiable information such as their name, address, phone number, or email address in the free text fields within the app.
The app operator does not intend to collect such information, and any such entries may be promptly deleted.
Please note that the operator shall not be held responsible for any issues or troubles arising from the input of personal information.
- Handling of Match Result Data Entered by Users: This application collects and uses information entered by Users regarding match results (such as deck names, win/loss outcomes, and opponent deck names) for the purposes of service improvement, trend analysis, and the publication of statistical data on social media or other external platforms.
Such information is aggregated and processed into statistical data in a format that does not identify individual Users, and only this anonymized statistical data may be made publicly available.
When a dispute report is submitted through the PK Match feature, the screenshots and match information provided at the time of the report will be made available to an unspecified number of app users for the purpose of community voting. Additionally, ratings and win/loss records may be displayed to other users on rankings and similar screens.
- Handling of Subscription Information: To manage Premium Plan subscriptions, this application collects and stores the following information:
- Subscription status (active/inactive)
- Subscription start date
- Subscription expiration date
- Payment platform (App Store or Google Play)
- Transaction ID (for purchase verification)
This information is used solely for service provision, fraud prevention, and user support, and will not be shared with third parties. However, for payment processing and purchase verification, services provided by Apple Inc. and Google LLC are utilized, and information is processed in accordance with their respective privacy policies.
- Use of Connection Information for Fraud Prevention: The PK Match feature of this app may use users' IP addresses for the purpose of preventing fraudulent multi-account matches (match manipulation) by the same user. IP addresses are converted to an irreversible hash value and temporarily stored on the server only while a user is waiting in the matchmaking queue, and are promptly deleted upon match confirmation or queue cancellation. This information is used solely for matchmaking verification and will not be shared with third parties.
- Data Deletion: You can delete your account and stored data from the "Other" screen within the app. If deletion within the app is not possible, or if you wish to request deletion by other means, please contact us using the details at the end of this page. We will delete the data promptly after confirming the request comes from the account holder. Upon termination of the service, user data will be deleted promptly.
