These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms") establish the conditions for using "PKDataNavi" provided by the administrator on this application. Users of "PKDataNavi" (hereinafter referred to as "Users") agree to abide by these Terms when using "PKDataNavi." If you do not agree to these Terms, please discontinue viewing and using this application immediately.

1. These Terms apply to all relationships between Users and "PKDataNavi" regarding its use.
2. Users shall not engage in the following actions when using "PKDataNavi":
   1. Actions that violate laws or public order and morals
   2. Actions related to criminal activities
   3. Actions that infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights contained in "PKDataNavi"
   4. Actions that interfere with the operation of the application, inconvenience other Users, or use external tools and programs contrary to the purpose of the application
   5. Using "PKDataNavi" for commercial purposes
   6. Reproducing, distributing, selling, modifying, reverse engineering, reusing, broadcasting, or otherwise using the contents of "PKDataNavi" without permission in violation of laws. Note: Users may post videos or images related to "PKDataNavi" only if they are non-commercial.
   7. Actions that may interfere with the operation of "PKDataNavi"
   8. Using the service for fraudulent purposes
   9. Actions that cause disadvantages, damages, or discomfort to other Users or third parties
   10. Actions that directly or indirectly provide benefits to antisocial forces in connection with "PKDataNavi"
   11. Using multiple accounts to engage in fraudulent matches against yourself (match manipulation) within the PK Match feature
   12. Submitting altered or falsified screenshots, or images unrelated to the match, within the PK Match feature
   13. Engaging in taunting, harassment, or other disruptive behavior toward opponents within the PK Match feature
   14. Any other actions deemed inappropriate by the administrator
3. Penalties for PK Match Violations

   If any of the above PK Match-related prohibited actions are confirmed, or if the operator determines that a user's conduct is inappropriate based on reports from other users, the operator may restrict that user's access to the PK Match feature (including suspension from matchmaking). The timing of any restriction removal is at the sole discretion of the operator, and restrictions may be applied without prior notice.

4. Subscription Service
   1. "PKDataNavi" offers a monthly subscription service (hereinafter referred to as "Premium Plan").
   2. The Premium Plan costs 200 yen per month (tax included). Pricing is subject to change without notice.
   3. The Premium Plan provides access to the following features:
      • Cross-device data synchronization
      • Distribution: Time Slot Analysis
      • Ad-free experience (Excluding ad views for PK Match rating rewards)
   4. Subscriptions are automatically renewed. Unless canceled, you will be charged automatically each month.
   5. You can cancel your subscription through the following methods:
      • iOS: Subscription management in the App Store
      • Android: Subscription management in Google Play Store
   6. If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to premium features until the end of the current billing period.
   7. Refunds for subscriptions are subject to Apple and Google's policies. As a general rule, refunds for already charged fees will not be provided.
   8. The content of the Premium Plan is subject to change, addition, or removal without notice.
5. The administrator may change, add, or discontinue all or part of "PKDataNavi" without prior notice to Users.

   This service may be terminated at the operator's discretion. In the event of termination, we will provide advance notice through the app or on social media (X/Twitter) to the extent possible. However, this may not apply in cases of urgent circumstances.

   Regarding active subscriptions at the time of service termination, the policies of the App Store or Google Play will apply. For inquiries regarding refunds, please contact the support team of the respective platform.

   After the service is terminated, user data will be deleted promptly.

6. The administrator does not guarantee that "PKDataNavi" is free of factual or legal defects (including defects, errors, bugs, rights violations, etc.) regarding safety, reliability, accuracy, completeness, effectiveness, suitability for a particular purpose, or security.
7. Users shall use "PKDataNavi" at their own risk and bear all responsibility and risks for their actions and results arising from using "PKDataNavi."
8. The administrator shall not be liable for any damages incurred by Users or third parties due to "PKDataNavi," except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence by the administrator. However, if the contract between the administrator and Users regarding this service (including these Terms) qualifies as a consumer contract under the Consumer Contract Act, this exemption provision shall not apply.
9. The administrator assumes no responsibility for transactions, communications, or disputes between Users and other Users or third parties related to this service.
